General Conference

We had a wonderful weekend watching General Conference. The talks were all inspiring as usual. One really caught our attention. I can't remember who the speaker was but it was on Saturday. We have a bad habit of being a minute or two late for church or walking in right as it's time to start. So, when we heard him say "you should be in your seat well before the meeting begins" we all looked at each other. So we are going to try really hard to get to church early from now on! We also love the biography of Thomas S. Monson that was shown between sessions on Sunday on BYU tv. It was really interesting learning some more about our new prophet. The kids and I colored and cut out FHE packets as we were listening as is our custom during General Conference. Needless to say the house was trashed after a weekend of everyone being home all day for two days straight. It took me all day Monday and Tuesday to get the house clean again.
